The Course

Come join Lizi and Ash for another in person sourdough class at The Food Nanny store in Salt Lake City! February 12, 2026 @ 6pm MST. 

This class will be a full comprehensive demonstration of the sourdough process from start to finish. We will review all the issues people go through when baking Kamut sourdough from scratch, and we will demonstrate each step plus how to overcome any roadblocks. 

You will have the opportunity to learn what your dough should look like throughout the bulk fermentation, as well as how to properly feed your sourdough starter, make your dough, shape, score and bake it. 


We will be there to answer every single question you have (and we encourage you to hang around at the end to ask more if you need to!). We love a good party in the store, so come have some snacks with us and learn how to make sourdough bread with Kamut. 


You will also have the opportunity to shop after the class if there is anything you wish to grab from the store. We can't wait to meet and see all of you in person and hang out with you for the evening! :)
