Utah In Person Sourdough Class - February 12th, 2026
Come join Lizi and Ash for another in-person sourdough class at The Food Nanny Store in Salt Lake City on February 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM MST!
This hands-on class is a full start-to-finish demonstration of the sourdough process using Kamut flour. We’ll walk through every step together: feeding your starter, mixing dough, bulk fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking. Plus, troubleshoot the most common challenges people face when baking from scratch.
You’ll learn what properly fermented dough should look and feel like, and how to overcome roadblocks with confidence. We’ll be there to answer all your questions (and encourage you to stick around after class for even more!).
Expect a fun, relaxed evening with snacks, great conversation, and plenty of sourdough learning. After class, you’ll also have time to shop the store if you’d like!
