The Course

Come join Lizi and Ash for another in person sourdough class at The Food Nanny store in Gilbert, Arizona. February 14, 2026 @ 1pm MST. 


We are SO EXCITED to be offering our first-ever class together in the Arizona store! Ash has never even been to Arizona so this is going to be such a party and we can't wait for you to join us for an epic GALENTINES DAY sourdough class - with snacks!


This class will be a full, comprehensive demonstration of the sourdough process from start to finish. We will review all the issues people go through when baking Kamut sourdough from scratch, and we will demonstrate each step, plus how to overcome any roadblocks. 


You will have the opportunity to learn what your dough should look like throughout the bulk fermentation, as well as how to properly feed your sourdough starter, make your dough, shape, score and bake it. 


We will be there to answer every single question you have (and we encourage you to hang around at the end to ask more if you need to!). We love a good party in the store, and what better way to celebrate than Valentine's Day. Come have some snacks with us and learn how to make sourdough bread with Kamut. 


You will also have the opportunity to shop after the class if there is anything you wish to grab from the store. We can't wait to meet and see all of you in person and hang out with you for the afternoon! :)
